📦 Shipping Options

Reliable courier delivery straight to your door.Local Pickup (Free)
Collect your order from us in Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.
⏰ Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment clears.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner — while usually accurate, they cannot be guaranteed.
You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has shipped.
🚫 Important Notes
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details provided.
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may reschedule delivery.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s our simple returns policy:
Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Due to the handmade and scented nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles, melts, or custom orders.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos.
We’ll gladly replace the item or offer store credit at no extra cost to you.
📝 How to Request a Return
Email info@kombuiskriek.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return shipping is at your cost (unless the item was incorrect/damaged).
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.
