2. Products

All Kombuis Kriek products are handmade; therefore slight variations in colour, scent, size, or decoration may occur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only — botanicals, beads, decorative elements, colours, or embed placement may vary slightly.

Scent strength may differ depending on environment, type of wax, burn time, and candle care.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

We accept secure payments via YOCO, allowing payment by card or EFT.

Orders are confirmed and processed only once payment has cleared.

4. Orders & Availability

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock until checkout is complete.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

5. Custom & Personalised Orders

We offer custom and personalised products including wholesale orders, wedding favours, corporate gifting, event candles, secret message candles, gender reveal candles, and other special designs.

Custom orders may require additional production time depending on complexity and quantity.

Because personalised items are made specifically for each customer, custom orders may not be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We will always confirm design details before production begins.

7. Product Safety & Disclaimer

Always follow the instructions provided on product packaging or on our Candle & Wax Melt Care page.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep products out of reach of children, pets, and flammable items.

Do not ingest any of our products.

For specialty candles such as gender reveal candles, always follow the included instructions carefully and burn only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Kombuis Kriek is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of our products.

We collect only the information necessary to process orders and provide customer service (name, address, email, phone number, and payment details).

Personal details are never sold or shared, except with trusted providers such as courier companies and payment processors.
