At Kombuis Kriek, we want your order to reach you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

📦 Shipping Options

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 Days): R120
    Reliable courier delivery straight to your door.

  • Local Pickup (Free)
    Collect your order from us in Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.

⏰ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment clears.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner — while usually accurate, they cannot be guaranteed.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has shipped.

🚫 Important Notes

  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details provided.

  • If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may reschedule delivery.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s our simple returns policy:

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Due to the handmade and scented nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles, melts, or custom orders.

 

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos.

  • We’ll gladly replace the item or offer store credit at no extra cost to you.

📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@kombuiskriek.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, return shipping is at your cost (unless the item was incorrect/damaged).

  3. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.
